This Package Includes the Following Advertising. - (Social Media, Website, with Contact information and Links To their Pages For 1 year After the Event) (Added to Vendor Shout out list By Announcer Day of event) (Your Company Logo on Event Stage Banner).                                                                                               

( Additional $100.00 for your Company Logo On Event T Shirt ​​)

(4).  15X30 Booth Area… $450.00  (Additional 10x10 Free)  

This Package Includes the Following Advertising. (Social Media, Website, with Contact information and Direct Links To their Pages For 1 year After the Event) (Your Company Logo on our event T SHIRTS) (Added to Vendor Shout out list By Announcer Day of event) Your Company Logo on Event Stage Banner.   

 +(2 Car show Vehicle Entry)

Vendors must provide their own equipment ie: canopies, tables, chairs etc.  (No Tent/Canopy Steaks Can Be Used on Grounds, Sandbags Recommended.) All fees are non-refundable as they are used to promote the event & Pay Island Authority Individual Vendor Fee. No electricity or running water is available. Our events usually run from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. 

 

Vendors Selling Merchandise/Food are required to Pay Sales Tax & SRIA Fee on your daily Sales.  

Sample Sheet Included in Packet and is due no later than 15 days after the event. You can Mail a Check made out to SRIA- with your payment to our Address, (1023 Patriot place, Pensacola FL 32534)

Set up Time: Vendors can begin setup at 7:30 am. Break down may begin at 5:00pm. Contestant entry Begins at 9AM and Spectators 12 NOON.  Vendors are responsible for leaving the area in the same condition as they found it. We reserve the right to censor any booth.

Vendor Forms must be submitted and Paid for NO LATER THAN MAY 1st to have Your Logo added To Event Apparel & Banner!
